Remote-First, By Design
GrafikNest is a remote-first creative practice, based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with clients across 25+ countries. Being remote-first isn't a temporary arrangement — it's how GrafikNest is built to operate, allowing focused, senior-level work without the overhead of a traditional office.
How We Work Across Time Zones
Clients are based across North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond. To work well across time zones, project communication is primarily written and asynchronous — clear project briefs, email, and recorded video walkthroughs — so nothing depends on everyone being online at the same moment. Live calls are available whenever a client prefers one, but they're never required to keep a project moving.
Flexible Working Location
Work is carried out from wherever it can be done best with focus and quality — without a fixed office requirement. This flexibility is part of how consistent, senior-level output is maintained project after project.
Dedicated Focus Hours
Set blocks of uninterrupted time are reserved for design and development work, protecting the quality and attention every project receives — rather than splitting focus across many things at once during the workday.
